Ballyrobert Gardens plants

People do negative threads about sellers, so I thought I'd do a positive one. I ordered a sedum from Ballyroberts via their ebay store, it arrived the following day extremely well packaged and good quality. They had accidentally issued the wrong variety - these things happen - but on informing them, they were very apologetic and replaced it free of charge with no quibble and it arrived the following day. Mistakes happen, but when they are rectified swiftly like this, it gives you a lot of confidence to deal with the company again.

... Oh and I forgot, they pop a toffee in the box as a thankyou. How nice!

I looked at their web site, their prices are very good, also there is a set price for postage!

They're about three miles up the road from my mum and when I emailed them through ebay for some reason, they invited me to come up, look around and save the postage! I hadn't realised they were so nearby and it's nice to know they're happy to have visitors.

    Well done Ballyrobert! image

It's on the way to my vet...I might just have to call in on the way past next time. image
