I believe it is Bridal Wreath. I took it over with the garden and did something right the year this was taken because it looks lovely. I think the knack is to cut out old wood and flowered wood. It flowers on last year's wood so definitely takes practice. I find flowering on last years wood things a bit of a pain but if you get them right they do reward.
i have bought a small syringa lilac recently but no idea yet where I am going to put it! Musty stop buying plants without a plan!
I'm guilty of buying plants without a plan and planning a garden based on the plants I've got. It's organic in every sense of the word!! We only live once, bugger the rules!
