tumbling tom, up a wigwam?

Hi I have Tumbling Toms in a hanging basket but find myself with three plants left over.  Can I train them up a wigwam or am I wasting my time?    I cant seem to find the answer on a website> Many thanks

I don't think the way they tumble would lend themselves to training upwards up a wigwam ... why not just plant them in a large pot and let them tumble over the edge ... that's how I've grown them in the past. image
