Quick question Re: Dahlias

Hi,

I have planted 2 dahlias in the front garden as I found space at the back of the bedding area for them. That said, I now realise that although they will see a lot of light, almost none of it will be direct sunlight as the small wall will be blocking the sun.

Will they be ok there or should I think about moving them a couple of feet so that they receive plenty of direct sun?

    Hazel, it sounds like they might be lacking moisture at the roots if they sulk.
