Temporary wind protection ideas?

I want to 'fence off' a small area, about 1m by 4m where I'll be growing some courgettes, cucumbers.  It's quite windy and I'd like to protect the veg from the worst of it.

I'd like a cheap, temporary solution that will work, but also will allow light in (if possible act like a cloche to warm up the interior a bit).

I thought of hammering in a few stakes and wrapping bubble wrap around, or something similar with corrugated pvc.

What do people here generally do or recommend - I don't think the usual polytunnels would be suitable (too wide)?

You can buy 'windbreak netting' fabric by the metre from most garden centres ... I use tomato canes and fix the netting to it.

yes, like that one Dove, or cheap plastic cloches (well pegged down of course!!) you can remove and re-use

Thanks for the suggestion, I think that the standard windbreak netting also provides ~50% shade, which I don't want.  Cloches also wouldn't work I think unless they were huge (for cucumbers / courgettes)?

    I think I'll try something bespoke... ?
