Rhododendron help

Hi I have a two year old Cunningham White Rhododendron, it is aprox 2ft 6ins (without pot) and is in a pot in a woodland setting.  It is in the correct compost and I water it with rain water. The fist year it was great, put on growth and flowered. It is placed next to an Azalia.  The Azalia is growing well and flowering but the rhododendron is not doing anything and seems to be wilting, the leaves look limp and there is no sign of growth this year.  Does anyone know what has happened or what I need to do please?
