I don't think there's any crocosmia there but it's possible. Carex has a sort of triangular shape to the leave blade with a ridge down the back. Crocosmia leaves are flat
Thanks everyone, I think I'll lift most of it out as it doesn't really so enough to earn its space
I'd remove it all unless you have a large, wild garden. It seeds everywhere.
