Dwarf fruit trees advice

I am looking to buy a mumber of fruit trees for the garden. Would anyone have a recommendation where to buy?

I want managable and small no taller than 5foot rootstock, ideally would love to espallier across fence too.

Please do give advice and recommended sellers...
