Plant ID please

my partner bought this the other day from Lidl without a label. Anyone know what it is? Basic care? Should I plant it out? I have a feeling it's tender and will need a conservatory through The winter.  Am I right? Sorry, it seems to have uploaded sideways

    Mandevilla. Yes it needs shelter in winter.

     I had one like it two years ago, put it from a six inch pot into a 12 inch pot and it grew to five feet and flowered all summer.  Feed it with tomato feed.

    I bought one a couple of years ago too. Beautiful flowers, but unable to maintain winter temperatures so I gave it to someone with a conservatory

    In London. Keen but lazy.

    I'm thinking of planting it out and growing it over a garden seat. Has anyone done this? Is it easy to dig up in winter or should I treat it as an annual?
