Name please

imageThis is in my garden and have no idea what it is, despite the fact I must have planted it. the flowers are 180 mm across and it is stunning.

    It looks like a Tree Paeony. I did think at first an Oriental Poppy but the leaves are wrong.

    Look up peaonia suffruticosa Rockii hybrids.

    Thank you so much. A friend did say she thought it was that, not like my normal peony though.

    Its in the same family Carol. You have possibly got a clump of the herbaceous Paeonies as well as this Tree Paeony - its a beauty.
