Thank you for your advice! I have ordered some of the tonic that Pete linked me to, and perhaps will order some seaweed fertiliser for going forward.

If anyone has any further advice, please do let me know! :)

...Here are the photos under the leaves as requested by Hilary.

seaweed extract provides a lot of trace minerals and other stuff that will keep you lemon strong and able to resist disease etc, so I'd definitely recommend getting that - I use this every 10ish days on just about everything (used as a foliar spray uses less so is cheaper)

Bear in mind it is not a fertilizer and your plant will still need N-P-K from elsewhere (e.g. the Vitax you use)

That should crack it and compliment your other vitax feed

    Good luck Ben

Just had a look at the plant (still just waiting on delivery of the tonic and seaweed) and notice a couple of those affected light-green, veiny leaves have got some browning on the edges of their leaves. This only affects a 2 or 3 of the leaves. I assume this is a residual effect of the 'lacking iron' issue..?

..These particular leaves have been hanging on in there since the beginning of April, so I assume the browning has become clearly visible simply because they haven't dropped off yet (where as the others would have dropped off before browning could set in).

The image shows the worst affected leaf (by a long way)

Just waiting for delivery, expecting around Wednesday. Will post a follow-up after a few weeks!

More than likely Ben, but I don't know tbh.
The other cause of browning edges is often draught or dry air

It may well get worse before it recovers as there;s quite a delay - possibly a coupe of months - before the tonic becomes apparent in the leaves. You gotta be patient

Well, my tonic and seaweed feed have arrived! I have given it one dose of the tonic and a little bit of the seaweed too.

Meanwhile, the leaves are continuing to brown (as below)... I certainly hope it doesn't die on me!! I'm giving it everything I can!

Would you still be under the assumption that this is tied to the lack-of-iron situation in general, and that I should be correcting it now?

I don't grow citrus  but the signs are typical.
The necrosis on the leaves is because of what happened possibly weeks ago and will likely continue for while at least

I'd say let your plant recover and don't stress it  - unless there's a citrus grower out there who has some experience and can advise
