tomato plants leaf curling

Hi everyone, just posting again looking for a little more advice. you have all been very helpful in the past :)

My tomato plants are now about 7 weeks old and I have potted them on from the small cells to pots about 8-10cm apart. I had them in these pots for a few weeks before moving them onto bigger pots about 15cm diameter. Most of them are growing really well and look strong. However, i noticed today some of them have the leaves curling up and looking a little worse for wear. (i will post a picture below).

I started the seeds on a south facing window and then after a few weeks moved them to the conservatory during the day. I then took them back to south facing window at night because the conservatory can get very cold. Like a green house.

Anyway I am looking to plant them in their final pots soon and so I have started leaving them in the conservatory overnight. Trying to harden them off to the colder night temperatures that they will experience in the green house. Im not sure if perhaps the big temperature differences, hot during the day and cold at night might be causing this problem ?

As for watering, I had been watering once every 2/3 days when they were in small pots but now in the larger pots they obviously hold more moisture and so the soil feels damp even after 5 days. So I have been watering less frequently.

Anyway, I will post a picture below, Would appreciate any help. bet wishes,

Jamie

I have plants sitting in tray at the moment and giving them a bottom water.

I should add i can see no signs of disease or flies.

They don't look bad, I'd just snip the dead leaf off, have a look underneath the leaves, that's where the white fly linger.

Thanks Lyn, after i watered them they perked up a bit and seemed less wilted. So probably dont need to cut them off just yet. Thanks very much for the reply. Appreciate it.
