Confused about Zinnia varieties- are Elagans the same thing as Lilliputs?

Following advice on here from my fellow gardeners image ,  I decided to grow some Zinnias. 

I liked the look of the Zinnia Elegans, and ordered some seeds. However, on the seed packet that arrived  it says Zinnia Lilliput. (no mention of the word Elegans) So, I am now wondering if I have got what I ordered or not. Can anyone clarify please-are they the same thing?

    It is Zinnia elegans, the Lilliput just refers to the cultivar.
