My recommendation is for Amelanchier alnifolia Obelisk.
Neat, upright, flowers in spring, berries and good autumn colour.

Thank u ??
they both look great it's hard to pick a small tree
Good luck choosing Amber. It's tricky in a small garden isn't it - there are plenty of options, but when it's your one tree - it makes it an important decision! I went with Amelanchier lamarckii which I want to train as a multistem, time will tell whether it was the right choice. I have a nagging sense that it isn't quite decorative enough!
Have you though about a pear? I think they are fantastic trees, great blossom, and the fruits look stunning in autumn (even though I'm not mad about eating them!)

Rather depends on the available space.
I love all Amelanchier. But some do grow wide and spreading.
Pear..hmm!
Pyrus calleryana Chanticleer is a super tree....an upgight tree.... it has beautiful flowers early in the spring ..so early they are rarely fertilised. Stunning autumn colour.
Can grow large.

Pear are a good fit for small gardens, given the appropriate root stock. Our neighbours in Bristol had a lovely old pear, great character, and about 5m tall, if that. OK it's not strictly 'upright' (although not wide-spreading). But all the nicer for it, character-wise.
I grow both Silver Surfer's suggestions and I think S. Autumn Spire would be my favourite it I had to choose. The autumn colour is amazing!
Fab I must have missed it I watch it catch up
Cheers
Googled pear tree wow they look really good but what kind would be good as I've no idea
think going get pear tree and autumn spire tree ??
