Pink Plum tomatoes pot size

Hi
I am growing some Pink Plum tomatoes. At present I have them in 28cm pots but they seem to be outgrowing these. So my questions are...
1. What pot size should I be aiming for - minimum and ideal?
2. Could I transfer to grow bags?
