    Thanks. First time its appeared in our garden.

    Take it to your nearest arable farmer. They love Charlock in rapeseed fields image.

    Seriously though, if you like it and want to keep it, cut the flower heads off after flowering's done with. The seeds have a long viability and seedlings will be popping up for many years to come.
