Help with identifying shrub

Hi, I recently moved house and wondering if anyone can help identify the shrub in the attached photo. My mum thinks it may be a tree. I can attach more pics with close ups if that'd help.

You lucky thing... it's an Acer (Japanese Maple)!
The leaves are just unfurling - should be in full leaf over next few days.
I'll have a look for possible variety for you...
It's probably an Acer Shirasawanum of some sort - please post a pic of a full leaf once unfurled.
I have a similar looking one that I am trying to identify.
