What's wrong with my tomato plants?
in Fruit & veg
My tomato tumbler plants have grown well so far, but in the last week have developed this discolouration and the leaves have begun to curl and wilt. Many ideas what it is or why, and whether there is anything I can do?
If its a disease, can it spread to other plants? I've also attached a photo of my patty pan squash seedling which has been grown with them and is also looking a bit worse for wear.
I've had lots of other seedlings growing near them too...I'm a bit worried!

Where are they living Amy28? They might be too cold but if it is that, then they'll recover. Make your picture smallerif it's not uploading.
Here's the picture!
I think they've just had a chill. This crazy weather we're having hot 1 minute then chilly the next.
I think your plants will recover if you can keep them inside and away from draughts. Only ok outside in a sheltered position when it's above 13c

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
so they're inside? Might be scorch. Another thing they can recover from, don't be tempted to overwater.
I don't think that'll be a disease.
When you come to repot and grow on, you'll see new growth and just pick off these that have been affected.
Just my opinion of course, others might have differing ideas.
Thank you so much for your replies.
They have been inside mostly in an outbuilding without any heating, but they've been going outside during the day when weather has permitted. This week I did move them outside all the time (whenever they've been outside though they're in a plastic-covered greenhouse).
I'm in the southeast so it's been fairly warm, but perhaps I have been a bit premature in exposing them to outdoor temperatures. I will relocate them back indoors to keep the temperature a bit more constant, hopefully they will recover.
Thank you again for your help, I really appreciate it!
