Buxus - should I dig it out

I have a buxus cone which has looked a bit sad and brown for about a year now.   It has some green growth left but most of the leaves are brown and crispy. It's not getting worse but equally not getting any better. Not sure if its box blight, but it doesn't have any of the markings of box blight just brown leaves. I have been feeding with liquid seaweed as soon as 'Spring' started and am watering well. It part of a parterre and I don't really want to dig it out. Is it likely to 1) come back to former green healthy plant 2) affect any of my other established plants in the parterre?

Photos of the affected plant. I have 11 other healthy plants nearby so would rather dig it out if they are potentially going to be affected. Any advice would be appreciated!

To my mind, that looks terrible [ sorry ]

    I would get rid.

When to give up? When a plant no longer gives you pleasure. Sometime last year maybe?

Sorry but that wouldn't be an asset to my garden and would be through the shredder (the ultimate weapon) in no time
