I find this happens sometimes, keep watering it and keep it warm and hopefully it'll spring into life.  I have 3 that haven't done anything; the tubers are still firm and look healthy.  I'll probably just plant mine out in the garden and if it pops up then that's good.  Watering an empty pot is a little demotivating, I have enough stuff to water as it is- and not to mention a lack of water too.

Unfortunately none of my purple pom poms have come up this year, but it is a good opportunity to pick out some new ones (for the slugs to eat).

Funnily enough I've been trying for weeks to get my Mels Orange Marmalade ( a great Dahlia by the way ) to shoot and just this week it has started. I've had mine for a few years growing in a pot out in the garden and then overwintered inside.  Hang in there with it and fingers crossed.
