Hi

Just wanted some advise on the pictured bottlebrush.  I have had it at least 3 years but it has not shown it's beautiful flowers yet, (apart from when I originally purchased it). Last year, it seemed to show a few spikes of the red flower but didn't go into full bloom and  It looked rather like this then. I have not pruned it and im now wondering if that had anything to do with it.I have an east facing garden and  it gets the sun until about 3pm in the afternoon. Hoping it will flower this year. IThank you so much.

The pic has not appeared. Try making it smaller and post again. No idea whether it is in a pot or not but bottlebrush plants need a lot of sun. It may be too shady a spot for it, or it could be lack of water, or too small a pot or lack of feeding.
