Newly planted Victoria plum - no leaves

i have recently planted a small orchard of 12 trees which consists of apples, pears, plums, damsons and cherries. all bar the Victoria plum and the conference pear have got lovely leaves and blossom - however these 2 haven't done anything - they look like they have leave buds but they haven't developed - any idea what I can do ? I have planted and treated them all the same so don't understand what has happened. The plum tree is a half standard and was in a container and the pear is a half standrd and was a barw root. All planted in March

Sadly they sound as if they are dead. Contact the supplier. Most reputable suppliers will replace, assuming that you have been watering it each week during the dry spell we have been having.
