Hose head that does not block up

i am lucky enough to have a spring fed water source.  In the house it is filtered and treated.  For the garden it's just used as it comes.  It can have a fair bit of silt in it.  This blocks up hose heads and although I get hoselock gun types that I can unscrew the front of and scrub out its not very effective.  I only need shower and perhaps jet settings.  Any one know of a good hose head for silty water?
