desperate plant i.d.

i don't know if anyone can help but I'm pretty desperate so here goes. on the t.v. programme. Big Dreams, Small Spaces season 2 episode 4 there is a little white plant, choc full of bees that I'd really love to have in my garden. viewing on youtube at around time 55.34. can anyone out there identify it? i would be very grateful for any help at all, thank you.

    A bit fuzzy but the leaves and flowers look very salvia-like to me

    Possibly SALVIA x sylvestris Schneehügel 

    and as we all know, bees love a good salvia!

    Another possibility could be Stachys officinalis Wisley White.

    Could it be Mignonette ?

    My money is on the white Salvia too.

    hello peeps. thank you so much for all your help! checked the salvia out on rhs site and that's definitely it! I've ordered some already! I like the look of the stachys too tho' so I just might have to purchase a little pot or two of that as well. goodness knows where it's going to go; MORE pots on the patio?
