building a fruit cage

hi can anyone out there give me some help in building a fruit cage. many thanks new to allotment gardener.

I have a small 'cage' over my blueberries and balckcurrants made by whacking some metal spikes into the ground then sliding blue plastic pipe over the protruding ends in pairs to make a rather wonky 'tunnel' structure, then covering it with a net. A couple of gravel boards along the edges stop the blackbirds going under the net and give a solid surface to strim against to keep the nettles down. The door is just an overlap in the net with a small weight tied into the corner to hold it shut.
It looks a bit Heath Robinson but it's surprisingly effective.
