Cyclamen seedlings - what next please ?

Attached is are photos of the cyclamen seedlings that I sowed in March. 3 are a little behind the others but the rest appear to be growing strongly. 

Can someone advise  - do I wait until they have more than one leaf or can I prick them out into small pots now?

    I do not normally prick out the seedlings until the corm is about half and inch across.
