Will you look at that!

Just come across this water feature - I think it's really cool! Have any of you guys come across anything recently that made you think 'will you look at that'?

It's certainly different but I would be running to the toilet every 5 minutes if I was sitting anywhere near it!!!

I thought that too Joyce. I bet it's far from quiet.

image I quite liked the look of this. I saw it on Pinterest and thought I'd have a go at something similar. Here's my very "rustic" attempt (please don't laugh!)

I like the idea of 'repurposing', just not too keen on the colour.  Too much "1990's Diarmuid Gavin" for my liking.  That's totally a personal choice though.

Keenie, that would be good idea for small children.......they could reach the shelves easily and swap pots of plants around as the flowers finished.

Yes the little people love it. I've screwed the pots on the top layer to the wood to avoid accidents but the ones on  the lower levels are regularly looked after (poked about) by the tiny ones.

@Keenie, like KT53 I find the colours of your installation rather garish. But each to their taste.image

I like it in the grey best but I can see the appeal of bright colours for small children and anything that gets children interested in gardening is good in my book.

keenie I would also paint the pots to match as if you are going to go bright and cheerful you should go the whole way.?

Have seen the watering cans before on pinterest. Not really a fan but then I am not a lover of water type features and it would cost a fortune to buy that many galvanised watering cans and for the same sort of money you could buy something nice.
