Shaded area

Please could you advice me on what shrubs I could plant in a shaded area off my garden , thanks

    What size of space have you got for them, and is it dry or damp shade? That will help determine the best subjects. image

    Assuming it's just damp and not soaking wet and waterlogged       (image)   Osmanthus, Viburnum, Weigela, Fatsia,  Holly, and Mahonia. Potentillas will also be fine there.  

    Azaleas, Rhododendrons, Camellias and Pieris if the soil's not alkaline.
