That could be wind / frost damage.  New growth is pretty delicate.

image I have no idea whats happening or whatcto do other than take it back. Should I remove limp branches. Do I risk it bleeding.  I have to say a bought 'Orange Dream ' at the same time. Its a much smaller plant. This was planted in the ground and is doing very nicely .

It's a combination of the dry cold NE winds and maybe a touch of frost that have caused the damage. Keep it somewhere sheltered and out of the sun for a while.
New growth will soon cover up the damaged leaves which will drop off anyway.
Try and not do any pruning if you can resist. The damage will soon disappear as the tree comes into growth

I would take it back, get another, place in a sheltered spot away from winds and skip the vitax. Use a nice John Innes soil based compost, which should have enough nutrients to get the tree going. I wouldn't add anything else this year. Next year you could work in a few slow release granules.
