Moving hebe and pruning hydrangea

Hi, I need advice on pruning my Hydrangea (lacecap)  do I prune down to the first set of leaves or can I prune further down and if I do this will I loose flowers this year.

Also I need to move a hebe (rosey glow I think) am I ok to do this now. Its a bit leggy so how far down should I prune, should I give it a light trim or leave it. Any advice welcome.
