Cordylines yellowing

in Plants
HI All
Wonder if you can help.
My Cordylines seem to be yellowing, From what I've learnt thus far it could be a potassium deficiency and i ought to feed them with tomato feed as its high in potassium.
I've also (yesterday) tickled in some fish blood and bone and added top soil.
Anything else I should be doing? could this also be a fungal infection??
they are my pride and joy and the one on the right flowers and smells beautiful as people enter my house
