My agapanthus which i have potted up have put on a good amount of green foliage but there isnt a single stem that has come out yet. I put some FBB on them this spring and watered them reasonably well...but still nothing.
Are they supposed to have new stems by now?

Mine are just leaves at the moment. I think a little patience is needed
