I have a regular invasion of "mind your own business", how can I get rid of it permanently?

Digging it up or constantly hoeing it down is the eco-friendly solution. But from experience of it growing through cracks in paving etc, this is somewhat diffiuclt and a war of attrition is inevitable; though possible to get rid of if you have tons of patience.
Glyhphosate weedkiller will see it off eventually and if it's near to any beloved plants, a weed wand, gel-stick or paintbrush dabbed in a Glypo solution would be the easiest way to get rid of this plant, that is so delicate in appearance, but an ancient artifact that has survied the test of time because it is so good at multiplying.
