Ideas for driveway decoration

imageSo this is how the driveway looks and my stepmom wanted to plant some things in the grass patch in the middle so I was hoping to get some ideas for designs and plants. :D.

    Hello, a bit more information would be useful, where are you located? What type of plants do you want? And soil type and how much sun does it get?

    I'd put spring bulbs in anyhow, just cuz they are cheerful first signs of spring. But it really depends on the questions above really.

    A tree would be great. It's such a natural looking setting, be a shame to over-ornamentalise it.

    A crab-apple or a rowan?  Under planted with a variety of spring bulbs?
