Hi Everyone.
The plant in the attached photo is growing in a few places in my flower beds. Could you let me know if it is a weed that should be removed please.

Yes it's a weed, should be easy enough to remove, the roots are fine and white.
I think it might be a Willowherb, a weed that sets seed everywhere. You see it by the side of railway tracks.
