Identification Help Please

Can anyone identify this plant for me please? It's in a friend's garden. A quick on-line search hasn't found anything. Thank you.

Spurge - a native euphorbia.  A weed for me but not for everyone.  Be careful not to get its sap on your skin as it can provoke a nasty reaction.

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

  • Euphorbia Lathyris, grows as a annual but seeds everywhere ,

supposed to be a mole reterant so I let some grow and pull the others up at seedling stage.

mind the sap as already stated.

  • Fantastic - thank you.

Has no effect whatsoever on the moles here.

  • We had moles three years running planted this euphorbia and also Frittilias and so far so good, of course it could be coincedence.

But I'm sure Berghill you having had moles will try most things and hopefully it will work.
