I have had a senecio for some time now. It started life in a pot but was put into the ground 3 years ago. It has never flowered although it look healthy enough. Anyone got advice? I bought it because I love the yellow flowers.

It has all that but not even a bud in sight It's been in the ground for 3 years now. Lovely sparkling grey leaves which I assume means it's healthy.
