Hydrangea Disease

Can someone help me with a problem that seems to of occurred to all my Hydrangeas in my garden? I have checked the leaves for bugs and there seems to be no bugs around the roots, the plant has been watered so the soil is moist. I have had this plant for years and im scared i will loose it.

I think they've been affected by the chilly weather ... brrrrr!   I'm sure they'll recover.

I think I'd put them in bigger containers tho.

Thanks for your reply. It is full of buds, they have gone purple, will they die or still flower? Would it be ok to feed it?

When was it last repotted and/or fed?

I'd put it down to chilly Weather like Dove said. It will flower we haven't had any severe night frost's. Not at least up here
