Pieris Japonica

Hello

I recently planted a few Pieris Japonicas. I also applied membrane & mulch.  We have had a couple of overnight frosts

The leaves have started to go brown and I was wondering if anyone could explain this?  And how I could care for them from this point onwards?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'd say that's just a bit of frosting on the newest growth Paul - by  the sound of it.  Plus a little transplant shock.

Once it warms up you can snip those off. It'll be fine - assuming it's in the right site and suitable soil image

It's just frost damage to soft new foliage.  Leave them alone until all frosts are over.  New growth should appear and then you can remove the damaged leaves safely.
