False Jasmine

Hi, I have a false Jasmine on my southern facing balcony.  It seems to be happily producing new shoots but a quite a few of the older leaves are discolouring and falling off, is this the cold, water problem or just normal.  I added some 6 month fertiliser (not too much) at start of spring.
