More problems with my rhododendrons (sorry!)

It's that time of year again!
I'm here every spring with problems with my rhododendrons - love them so much but blimey they don't make it easy!
Still fighting the good fight against vine weevils on my purple one, just applied the spring nematodes.
Now my beautiful pink Rhody looks like this - is it frost or has something else got to it?

It looks like bud blast on the flower buds but I don't know about the leaves.Have you noticed any leafhoppers around? Have the leaves been in direct sunlight whilst wet?
I've not noticed, no. This one is completely the other side of the house from the weevil too.
It's perfectly possible that the sun could have shone on wet leaves as I've a south facing garden, the rest of it is either away from the sun or shaded by the shed. Makes sense as that's the only area affected, thanks!
