Just the tips of my ornamental conifers have turned brown, are they dying or can i rejuvenate them ?

When conifers start 'browning' there can be all kinds of reasons why. Here's some info that may help:

You mentioned tips, so assuming you meant the tips of leaves and not the tip of each tree? It's worth clicking on the Pestalotiopsis link.
