Pricking out?

Planted some miniature sunflower, sweet peas and verbana seeds in this tray, the sunflowers have come up really quick - do they need to be pricked out and repotted seperately? I read it's when their first true leaves come in - which I'm assuming they are? Also, When I'm repotting am I planting them so that all of the stem up to the leaves is under the Soil?

unless you want loads I'd thin those to one to a cell and leave them til the roots fill the cell which won't be long. Annuals are quick, they ave to be

Sweet peas have deep roots, so I'd get them into better sized pots as soon as they're filling those little cells. I take it there's only one of those to each cell?

The first set of leaves (the round ones) as in your sunflowers are the seed leaves. It's the next lot that are the true leaves. When the true leaves appear the seedling is likely to have a little root system, so you can then transplant it safely.
A good idea to follow the above suggestions too
