    Thanks everyone for the information. It has to come out then,  I can't have it getting out of hand, do you think it would be ok in a large pot?

    I remember saying it was invasive ( as it was for me in a previous garden ) and someone " shot me down in flames "  saying it wasn't.  Hey ho.

    I'd say it'd be perfect in a large pot but watch for anything trying to sneak out the hole in bottom.

    Thank you Hosta,  that's brilliant. It's a nice plant but I didn't want it getting out of hand, I already have bindweed that doesn't want to go away even thought I keep applying roundup gel. Anyway thanks again.
