Looks like a self-seeded goat willow to me ... Salix caprea.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Yes. Goat Willow. i had one on my allotment plot many years ago and one of the old timers there identified it and advised me to get rid quick. It took some getting up too.
