Very pale green leaves
Goat willow
After looking online at goat willows, this tree doesn't seem to have the furry buds it shows and the leaves appear much more pale/silvery?
These buds which looks similar to broccoli are also growing on the very top of the tree
sorbus aria lutescens.
I believe that could be it! Thank you both for the help
