Trouble with Thompson and Morgan
I ordered four standard rose bushes from T&M mid March for delivery by the end of March.
By about the 8th April nothing had arrived so I tried phoning them. In all it took 3 attempts to get through to them,; I was kept on hold for almost 10 minutes twice and on the 3rd attempt it took 13 mins to answer. I later found their number is premium rate. I was told the their original consignment was not up to their standard and I would receive the plants in about 10 days. In fact they were dispatched on the 12th April and arrived the 19th but they were dried out twigs. I emailed the company saying I was not prepared to accept them and sent photos. To date I gave heard nothing back from them.
Given the state of the 'roses' I received I dread to think what the first consignment was like.
I am appalled by their lack of customer care. I have been a customer for many years I do not understand how they can treat you like this. I will certainly think twice before giving them any further custom.
