Apple Tree problems!

Guys, can you please help me identify and treat these problems.  I have two problems, hard white bumps and white fuzz.

My Apple tree has all these hard white bumps all over it.  I don't know if it's normal or  not.

Here is a close up.

On my other apple tree, there is white fuzz all over it:

The White fuzz is also all over the buds of my grape vine:

I've been spraying Neem Oil all winter.  I also tried a Neem Oil / Potassium Bicarbonate mixed with an insecticide.  Prior to bud break and even now, I'm spraying a fungicide, but nothing seems to work unless I physically rub it off.

PLEASE HELP ME.  :)

YOUR APPLE TREE IS PERFECTLY HAPPY. THE WHITE BUMPS ARE CALLED LENTICELS AND THEY ALLOW THE PLANT TO INHALE AND EXHALE. SEE HERE

THE WHITE FUZZ ON THE LEAVES IS ALSO PERFECTLY NORMAL. IT IS A PROTECTIVE LAYER TO KEEP NASTY THINGS OFF THE YOUNG AND TENDER LEAVES. IT WEARS OFF WITH TIME.

NO IDEA ABOUT GRAPES, I'M AFRAID.

So the White fuzz on the branch is also okay??  I've been trying to scrape that off!!  :)   Thank you so much.  I was thinking it what white powdery mildew.

Stop spraying and leave them alone to grow ... I've never sprayed my grapevine -  these are some grapes I picked last year - I wouldn't spray fungicide on something I was going to eat.

COULD YOU TAKE A PHOTO OF THE APPLE BRANCH THAT ISN'T QUITE SO CLOSE UP? THE LEAVES ARE DEFINITELY OK. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO HAVE A WIDER IMAGE OF THE BRANCH TO SEE THE OVERALL EFFECT.

Please see attached of a wider image of the apple tree with the white fuzz.

Too add to the discussion, my leaves last year were curling and were yellowing a little.  But again, after frequent treating with a fungicide and neem oil, this fuzz didn't go away.

The fuzz when scraped and rubbed in my fingers has the consistency of dust or lint.  It's like all the branches were just covered in a thin layer of dust or lint.

It's perfectly normal - part of the young growth - leave your tree and vine alone - you're the one who will cause damage if you continue to scrape prod and spray image
