Blossom Rot?

Hi
I have been growing these tomato seedlings for a month. They have been watered little and often and I have followed the advice on here. They have been fed once upon flowering and are in a conservatory with the windows open. Also been hand pollinated. The plants are beginning to flower but then simply drop off. Extremely frustrating and I was looking for some advice. Should I prune them back?
