Hi. My first reaction is .. raspberry ..?
mine as well. They look like the new shoots on my polka raspberries.

I'd completely forgotten, but I had raspberries in that spot last year, I'd mixed up Summer and Autumn fruiting, I didn't realise they had different pruning regimes at the time! I ended up digging them up and starting again.
So they look like Autumn fruiting do they fidgetbones? That's useful to know.
